30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us. No questions asked.

Software Subscriptions

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, there are no refunds for software subscriptions. Software subscriptions are prepared and sent electronically through email within one business day once payment is made. To license your software subscription, the licensing information for your trading platform is needed. Send us your TradingView username through the Contact Us form on our website once your purchase is complete.

Refund Upon Termination by Us

If we terminate your access, you will receive a full refund of any unused portion of fees paid to the extent applicable, provided such termination occurs within the current paid subscription period.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via one of the following methods, at our discretion or based on available payment records:

• Reversal to the credit/debit card originally charged (if feasible)
• Bank wire reversal (if payment was made by wire)
• Certified cashier's check (if neither card reversal nor wire reversal is feasible)

Timing of Refund

Refunds will be processed and completed within 10 business days of termination.

Exclusions

This termination refund policy applies only when termination is initiated by us — not by you, the customer — and only covers the unused portion of the service period. It does not override existing refund limitations (e.g., the 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers) unless otherwise indicated.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination and completion of the refund, all rights granted to you under the Terms of Service immediately cease. You remain liable for all permitted or accrued charges up to the effective termination date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the algorithm until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
